How to collaborate in Soundation

Note: In Soundation Education, only users who are part of your organisation will have access to your projects using these methods.

Invite collaborators

   Open Soundation and create or open a project

   Click Share in the top right corner

   Enter your collaborator's email address or username and click it
4. 4
   Your collaborator will receive an email invitation

   Additionally, you can copy the project link and share it with your invited collaborators for quicker access

Manage permissions

You can accept or deny access requests and manage permissions for collaborators in the Invite collaborators tab.

Share public access link

   Open Soundation and create or open a project

   Click Share in the top right corner

   Click Make project public

   Toggle Enable public access
5. 5
   Copy the link and share it

The project will not be listed anywhere, but anyone with access to the link will automatically be granted full edit access.
